$DBS Group Holdings(D05.SG$ I bought 30,000 shares of DBS at an average price of $19 during covid time in early 2020. Never thought of selling it because as long the dividend yield is more than 4%, I'm happy to hold forever. So meaning, with a quarterly 42 cents dividend, I will not sell any shares unless it reach $42.

R and ROP MKey987: I invest in DBS for income. So far I have received about $100k in dividend. Timing the market for capital gain is more suitable for US stock which I also invested in. For SG stock, I just buy and collect dividend which cover my daily expense and holidays.
Mr Pistachio R and ROP: buy DBS for long term divd income is better than rental income! no tax, maintenance headache, tenant problems!.
