Moomoo Buddy : Dear customer, if there is any funds position in the account and would like to withdraw, you need to do the following steps: 1. redeem the funds 2. wait for the redeemed amount to reflect on the account as the withdrawal amount 3. request the progress of withdrawal.
The path of redeem in funds on the mobile app would be following: TRADE-SECURITIES ACCOUNT-LOOK FOR $AB International Health Care Portfolio(LU0058720904.MF)$ and click on there- Click on [redeem] at the bottom side.
Please check on the trading rules of these funds regarding redemption. It needs to take T+5 trading days and the amount redeemed will reflect on the account as a withdrawal amount.
