On the other side we have Chinese EVs like BYD, XPENG, NIO delivering 200,000 cars yearly and they are planning to enter US in couple of years.

Blessedme : Rivian keep doing testing to ensure their EVs are safe on the roads. Hence deliveries may be slow but the quality is there. Rivian will go up above 80.
