razo2 : I think market have no reason not to rally unless is data until is out or the US government makes up their mind what to do with the 31.4 trillion debt. my guess that is the black swan event.

razo2 sTone83OP: I think is the debt ceiling issue 31.4 trillion. the US government clearly cannot add more than 40% of their income aka GDP of 23 trillion. this is real numbers we know. wall street surely know something we don't by this graph.

razo2 JohnCS: likely by the accounts I believe. is just like when you see under analysis where you can see the big boys own how much against the total equity in the market against SPX. the rest is assume to be dumb money.
razo2 JohnCS: example of Google institutions owned stocks. so they get all these data across the fortune 500 and the rest is considered dumb money. unfortunately this dumb money includes people that do stock swaps for whales.
