MOASS Mayhem
I’ve been here since the beginning and I’ve been puzzled and simply baffled by things that have happened pertaining to AMC and the wider general market. It’s been a wild ride.
However, I’m struck by a different kind of confusion today. How on earth has the price action been so lack luster? The MOASS should’ve started by now. Or at least that’s what I thought. Max cost to borrow is at 905%. Average cost to borrow is 643%. Insane volume bought and held by retail. SEC coming after Citadel Securities, Ken Griffin and his cronies, Etc.
In a truly free market, this would initiate serious price action to the north side of any chart. However, given the droplets of green we’re seeing today; I’m inclined to believe that this market is flat out third world country levels of corrupt. We’d be lucky to even consider it developing nation levels of retail efficiency.
Does anybody have a clue what’s going on? What could possibly explain this kind of egregious economic incompetence? The stock is behaving noticeably milquetoast compared to what the numbers are showing. $AMC Entertainment(AMC.US$ $AMC Preferred Equity Unit(APE.US$
