Sembcorp Marine EGM circular will be sent by Jan 31
The $SGX(S68.SG$ has given its approval in principle for the merger of $Seatrium(S51.SG$ with the offshore and marine business of $Keppel(BN4.SG$.
Sembcorp Marine will next seek the go ahead from its shareholders at an EGM. The circular will be sent by Jan 31.
