Is EV heading to a new dawn?

After months of hit in the EV stocks last two week seems like a fresh air. I am impressed the shorts are still holding without a squeeze last 3 days of popping. Xpeng still lack of stock to short. With good news after good news on EV.

Monday, China market open, south bound open and investors will be flooding to China stocks again. Feb Xpeng earnings. So far last 2 quarter Xpeng perform better than expected. With 40% of their sales are G9 the main profit driver, EV optimism by Tesla and the backdrop of a reopening China.

Could this mean a new breakthrough is happening soon.

Suddenly I remember Morgan Stanley is buying in Xpeng in Jan despite giving a price target cut. Is this a new hope for EV or its just another bull trap?
