Opinions on Ford?
Ford has been on my watchlist for a while and it is starting to look like a good buy to me. I see them investing in future ev vehicles and holding onto their market share of trucks. I think after seeing some struggles their vehicles sales are looking pretty strong and I can see them shifting back into a successful growth with both traditional and ev sales.
I’m debating whether to buy in ahead of earnings or after. I’m expecting strong vehicle sales and probably decent top line revenue numbers, but I could also see weak earnings amid spending and write offs. My gut is to buy in before earnings because but if numbers are weak and/or recession concerns are still high we might see a post earnings dip.
Anyone watching Ford and have thoughts or guesses about how earnings might look?
