They originally had until June 2023 to get bk over $ 1 it then because they traded below $ 0.10 for ten consecutive trading days they that June extension was stripped and they are filing f an appeal for the new delist notification. People start reading up on things. I found it through the sec website and read it thoroughly. I do t like losing money following lazy people who don’t do due diligence. Be careful don’t believe shit someone in the comments says even me just do your own research because in this case the precious comment or gave you the complete wrong answer.

Zenmoon : I just read it again so they have 30-45 days from the hearing request which was January 18th to hear if they’ll get an extension
