$Party City Holdco(PRTYQ.US$ I understood that there were huge risks here. But the fact that this came up under a new ticker, trading at 0.1 when it was last at 0.4 doesn’t make sense to me. Where does that money go? In the pockets of the executives who failed thier investors?
I guess I just didn’t know something like this was even legal. I can’t grasp why that’s at all okay.
