  • Xiaoxi_penguinOP : There is only one situation where it won’t enter the bid, which is when they have a confirmed buyer before 20 Jan (only 3 written offers currently, no actual sale yet). Do take note of 20 Jan as potential delist and entering OTC (AVCT could still appeal to not be delisted if it wants to before entering OTC). (You could have a look at my previous posts in regards to AVCT to understand what’s really going on around if you are confused.) If no buyout announcened before then and it enters OTC, bidding will very highly likely be commnced through the stated procedure to initate a buyout (but with unknown price currently so do understand the risk involved for any decision you make, could be high, could be low).

  • easygoing Lyon : thank you!

  • Xiaoxi_penguinOP easygoing Lyon: undefined

  • NickSaSa : the buyer must offer them a very good price..if not, they rather go otc n let judge decide..bidding war is coming...we all buy sit down n watch drama

  • Xiaoxi_penguinOP NickSaSa: Exactly undefinedundefined
