Alibaba Cloud sets up an international capability center in Singapore
Alibaba Cloud announced to further increase overseas investment, set up an international capability center in Singapore, and comprehensively upgrade its overseas service system to enhance its technical support and service capabilities for overseas markets and customers.
The International Competency Center includes four areas: product, ecology, operation and brand. In addition, the Ecological and Brand Center will continue to deepen its cooperation with global ecological partners and focus on creating more joint solutions.
In recent years, Alibaba Cloud has achieved rapid growth in overseas markets, and its revenue has increased by more than 10 times in three years.
At the same time, Alibaba Cloud announced to upgrade its overseas service system. By 2022, Alibaba Cloud has set up six service centers overseas, located in Portugal, Mexico, Malaysia and other places. The above service centers have been completed and put into use.
