Options Market Statistics (1/4): Options Traders Are Betting on a Big Move in Tesla Stock

There are no "substantive" settlement discussions under way between the Biden administration and $Microsoft(MSFT.US)$ to resolve a legal dispute over the Xbox maker's $69 billion bid for $Activision Blizzard(ATVI.US)$ , a Federal Trade Commission attorney said on Tuesday.

$Tesla(TSLA.US)$ plunged another 12%, with option volume of nearly 3.52 million. The $100 and $110 put options expiring this week were heavily traded, with a contract volume of 145,000 and 120,000, respectly.

$Amazon(AMZN.US)$ said on Tuesday it had reached an agreement with certain lenders to provide the e-commerce giant an $8 billion unsecured loan. The company rose over 2%, with option volume of nearly 820,000 and calls accounted for 52.2%.

$Apple(AAPL.US)$ plunged nearly 4% yesterday, with option volume of nearly 1.84 million and puts accounted for 55.7%.
