 Asked whether his strategic vision for the Company's  successful entry into both the consumer as well as commercial EV markets includes any upcoming, as-yet-unreleased catalysts that eager shareholders should anticipate, as we transition into a hopeful 2023, he was quoted as saying, ** "While I cannot currently divulge too many details, at this point, there really is quite a lot to get excited about, moving forward.  Additionally, as much as I would thoroughly enjoy letting my hair down and discussing what it is that we are working on, until the underlying details are all hammered-out and all key decisions finalized, it behooves me to retain a more reserved posture, when asked to speak to the many milestones that we have in the pipeline.
