Alibaba, JD.com rise: Hang Seng Trades Strong On The Last Trading Day Of 2022

Hong Kong shares opened in the green on Friday with the benchmark $Hang Seng Index(800000.HK)$ gaining 0.9% in morning trade taking cues from Wall Street which witnessed the much-awaited rebound the day before. Shares of $BABA-SW(09988.HK)$ and $JD-SW(09618.HK)$ rose close to 1% while $BIDU-SW(09888.HK)$ shares gained close to 2%. $MEITUAN-W(03690.HK)$ stock shed about 3% in morning trade.
