$Mullen Automotive(MULN.US)$ strictly an opinion based on observation. i think we'll be surprised to see institutions adding shares. once end of 4th qrtr. i think this will propel this over $1 in Jan. id still want to see a 10-->1 r/s to get this over $10 where it belongs to attract more investors.
