Christmas wishlist for 2023 (Moomoo)
Hey Moomoo, some suggestions for your consideration:
1. Will be great if you could allow us to use our points to redeem stock cash vouchers for US stock market (currently we can only redeem for HK stock market). Example: $8 or $10 USD stock voucher - can be used for US stock purchase (PS: your competitor is offering this)
2. Cash vouchers again ![]()
- can we finally see cash vouchers for options trading? Example: a $10 voucher that allows us to offset our option fees
3. Related to point 2, if option cash vouchers are not allowed, would Moomoo consider lowering the option trading cost. Other brokers are offering very competitive prices for option tradings. But I chose to stick around (and many others too), and a number of us also shared our option trading experience here on Moomoo. We hope loyal Moomoo-ers can be rewarded ![]()
4. More lifestyle merchandise items for points redemption - such as mug, pen, towel, tee shirt, mouse, keyboard, headset, keychain, lanyard, passport holder, small sling pouch/bag, reusable cup/straw/container, jacket, tote bag, handphone cover, luggage tag, universal plug etc etc. These are more useful for us. At the same time, it is also good branding for Moomoo as compared to figurines. When we used these items at home, in the office, or even as we travel, it helps to build brand awareness for Moomoo. Win win for all ![]()
5. Related to point 4 - more inventory for popular merchandise. For instance, I missed out on redeeming the keyboard and mouse, and was waiting for it to come back. But it never did. Therefore, for popular items, let’s hope Moomoo can consider having more of them. And bring back those past popular items ![]()
6. Possible to calculate XIRR for our portfolio?
7. Please allow us to roll options with a single click. Or to add in features that allow different option strategies eg straddle, spread etc.
8. For a good cause - can we use our points to donate money to charity organisation? For example, we use XXX points to redeem $10 donation. Then Moomoo will deduct XXX points from our account and at the same time, Moomoo will donate $10 to a charity organisation that they support
