Better customer service, account specialist
As a new moomoo user. My portfolios are all in IB and Nagahashi. I left a message on Moomoo WhatsApp to the so-called “I am your account specialist”. As a result, in addition to getting information from me, they disappeared.
Also, the rest of the questions didn't respond in one word. So I paid for it, but even after reading everyone's information, I didn't dare to place an order to buy it.
