Futu Holdings Limited (“Futu” or the “Company”) has issued an announcement via the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “SEHK”) on December 22 that the Company has applied for the listing of Class A shares on the SEHK by way of introduction. Futu Class A shares are expected to be listed and traded on SEHK on December 30 (Friday), with the stock code of 3588.HK.
