Couple of items in wishlist
1. SG - better transparency for incoming fund - when I transfer funds using FAST from a local SG account to MooMoo, despite fund reaching to MooMoo immediately; MooMoo randomly hold money for hours without telling customer about state of fund. MooMoo promises 5 minutes for funds to be credited to MooMoo account but such random delay cause severe market opportunity loss to customer. I wish MooMoo donot hold funds at random when funds are coming from same external sg bank account customer have used. In case of hold, at least tell customer that you have received the fund but are holding it wih proper reason and a time frame to release fund.
2. Factor currency exchange rate in total profit loss calculation.
3. Bring DDA deposit to all major banks in SG such as Citi.
4. Make cash plus funds process easier to understand on topics such as deposit, withdrawal, using it to buy stocks and funds.
