What with this ? Too oversold

RIPPER : Someone probably knows some thing… I noticed this happens a lot beef for a company announces some very good news… Sometimes that news does not come for a few days, a week or even two. Almost as if they know too short sell the price so they can accumulate at a substantially lower price before the news comes out. Of course I’m just speculating and it certainly is not always the case however in a few a few recent scenarios that’s the vibes I felt
