Violets : I've never been a supporter of crowd sharing, timeshares or anything where multiple people have to be involved in the same investment. however this intrigues me
Dragon FinancialOP Violets: They have a low correlation with stocks because they are a Real Estate asset. So they may have a place in your portfolio for diversification. I keep them in my Roth retirement account to negate the negatives with taxable dividends. Also, they are not a Ponzi like system and you can easily see where they get their income I.e. Rents on buildings or interest on mortgages. - Brad
