Halting up but not down?
it's a crime to halt a stock when it goes up, I believe, especially when they don't when it dives down.

Mack_2848 Doug Saddler: not they have no clear policies on why they halt if they do they're not following them how can one stop run of 300% and no hope another runs up 20% and they halt it right away mainly AMC
