1. Singapore Exchange Limited
Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX), Singapore's sole stock exchange operator, has paid dividends consistently for over 20 years.
SGX distributed a dividend of S$0.055 in fiscal 2022. By FY2022, this dividend had grown to S$0.32, providing the stock of the exchange operator a 3.5% trailing dividend yield.
2. DBS Group
DBS bank has always been a reliable dividend payer. In FY2001, it distributed only S$0.26 in dividends. The bank's trailing 12-month dividend has climbed dramatically to S$1.44 per share now. The lender's stock offers a 4.3% trailing 12-month dividend yield.
3. Parkway Life REIT
Parkway Life REIT is a healthcare REIT. Its annualized distribution per unit (DPU) was S$0.0632 in FY2007; by FY2021, it had more than doubled to S$0.1408.
4. Mapletree Logistics Trust
In its first full year of distributions following its IPO, the REIT distributed a DPU of S$0.0507 for FY2006. Its DPU has risen to S$0.08787 after 12 years.
5. Frasers Centrepoint Trust
Frasers Centrepoint Trust is a retail REIT that owns nine suburban shopping centers and an office building.
In FY2007, the REIT's first full year dividend, it distted a DPU of S$0.0655. The DPU has almost doubled to S$0.12227 by FY2022.
6. Hongkong Land Holdings Limited
Hongkong Land Holdings Limited is a property developer that has paid dividends consistently for over 10 years.
The dividend paid out per share in FY2011 was $0.16. In spite of the start of the pandemic, HKL's annual dividend has remained consistent since then at US$0.22 paid half-yearly as of FY2018.
7. Sembcorp Industries Limited
Sembcorp Industries Limited is an energy and urban solutions provider that has paid dividends consistently for over 20 years.
The company distributed a total dividend of S$0.025 in FY 1998. The yearly dividend peaked in FY2020 at S$0.04, having previously reached highs of S$0.17 in FY2010 and FY2013. Since then, SCI has increased its interim dividend and released a stellar set of earnings for the first half of 2022.
