Lovely_Moo : Perhaps you do not have sufficient amount in the currency this stock is exchanged (that is USD). If so, you should exchange your currency to USD first, then you may buy this stock without margin.

Lovely_Moo Tyw1008OP: Not the account, but the currency. I presume your currency is SGD or HKD. To buy this stock without using margin, choose "Currency Exchange" and exchange your current currency (SGD, HKD, etc.) to USD first.
