New Interface for "Trading Notes": Make trading journals easier and more efficient

Do you remember how many trades you've made recently? How do you keep track of them?
A trading journal helps traders record their trades and review trading performance. The "Trading Notes" feature on moomoo is a handy tool for mooers to keep such journals and help them boost their trading performance.
However, we've received valuable feedback from mooers since we launched the feature.
ShockedI don't know the difference between "order" and "transaction".
ShockedI don't want to share my data because it may leak private information.
ShockedAdding modules and editing is complex and time-consuming.

As always, we value the voices of mooers. After receiving the feedback, we quick to make improvements and design a new interface for the "Trading Notes" feature. You can use it to better visualize your trading performance and pinpoint areas where your strategies can improve.
Are you ready? Let's take a look!
What's New:
1. Reduce feature entrances from 7 to 2
We've simplified the toolbar and reduced the number of feature entrances from 7 to 2 (P/L & Positions and Transaction Records). "Transaction Records" will help you record the steps you take in your trade, while "P/L & Positions" will present the results of your trade. We aim to provide you with a more powerful feature with fewer choices.

2. Support Private Data Hiding
You can exclude sensitive information from your trading notes to protect your privacy.

3. Visualize Your Trading Performance
When you record a trade in your post, charts on multiple timeframes (from weekly to 1-minute) are available for your review. You can also visualize your trading performance by marking the buy/sell points on your charts.

How do you create a trading journal (during and after the trade) with this powerful feature?
Traders usually include entries, exits, profits, and losses of their trade in trading journals. Let's take a look at how the "Trading Notes" feature makes your journal easier and more efficient.Wow
MicrophoneScenario 1: You own five stocks, two of which are technology stocks, and the rest are pharmaceutical stocks. If you want to analyze these stocks, what should you do?
Helpful tools: % Positions + Positions Details + Specified Order
You can use "% Positions + Positions Details" to see whether the outcomes are within the expected margin and check the profitability of individual stocks. If you spot anomalies, you can use "Specified Order" to review the specific order placed.
From there, you can reflect on your position management strategies and determine whether to take action on an open position at any given moment.

MicrophoneScenario 2: As 2022 comes to an end, how do I review my trading performance?
Helpful tools: Transaction Stats + Trade Marking
Your yearly trading journal could be split into three parts—before, during, and after the trade. Write down your thoughts ahead of the markets, and follow the trading plan you made. Use "Transaction Stats" to see how many transactions you have made in a given period of time.
Which stocks did you buy? Did you find the perfect entry/exit points? Did you win or lose? If you want to narrow down to a specific stock, you can use "Trade Marking" to check whether you bought low and sold high.

MicrophoneScenario 3: I have built a diversified portfolio with 10 stocks. Is there an easy way to see whether they are doing well? Which one is more profitable?
Helpful tools: P/L Stats + P/L for Stocks
You can use "P/L Stats" to see how many stocks are profitable and "P/L for Stocks" to share the results with your fellow mooers. Would you like to have a try?
