Well, they've been making acquisitions, they've now acquired a fully outfitted factory, complete with the Intellectual Property and equipment to make a whole bunch of these cargo vans, they've secured a battery supplier, they're currently on the 1st leg of their big promotional tour with apparently great reviews all around...
Just watch what happens to the price action when DPL ends up surprising all of the skeptics by actually going through with their cargo van order...!!
