Alibaba will increase the repurchase quota of 15 billion dollars

In the quarter, the Company repurchased about
24.3 million ADR (equivalent to about 190 million ordinary shares) at about
$2.1 billion.

As of November 16, 2022, the Company had repurchased about
$18 billion under the current $25 billion repurchase plan.

In addition, the Company has been authorized by the Board of Directors to increase the existing share repurchase plan by an additional
15 billion dollars, and extend the validity period to the end of
March 2025.
