Last week $Meta Platforms(META.US)$ CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced 11,000 job cuts, 13% of its total workforce. Following the revelation, Zuckerberg said he was accountable for missteps at the social media giant as the company announced the mass firing.

$NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ is slated to release third-quarter fiscal 2023 results on Nov 16. For the fiscal third quarter, the company expects revenues of $5.9 billion (+/-2%). The Zacks Consensus Estimate for the same is pegged at $5.99 billion, indicating a 15.7% decline from the year-ago reported figure.

UBS analyst Timothy Arcuri upgraded $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD.US)$ to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $95, up from $75. The PC segment has been early in digesting inventory and been dragging down growth, but overall CPU shipments are annualizing to about 230MM units in Q4, which is "far below even the most bearish market forecasts for PCs in 2023", the analyst tells investors in a research note.

The highly anticipated sequel to the 2018 hit Marvel movie "Black Panther" was released in theaters over the weekend and, as expected, topped the charts. "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" grossed $180 million domestically and $330 million globally in its debut weekend. $Disney(DIS.US)$ CEO Bob Chapek praised the sequel and its strong advance ticket sales on the company's recent earnings call.
