4 Retail REITs with distribution yields more than 5.5%

If you’re looking for a stable, consistent source of income, these four retail REITs may fit the bill.  The following four retail REITs give out distribution yields that are higher than 5.5%:

1. Stathill Global REIT
The Starhill Global REIT, sometimes known as SGREIT, is a retail and office REIT with ten primarily retail buildings spread across six locations. A distribution per unit (DPU) of S$0.038 was paid out by SGREIT for FY2022, resulting in a trailing distribution yield of 7.4%.

2. CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust
A retail/commercial REIT having 21 buildings in Singapore, two in Germany, and three in Australia is called CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust, or CICT. With a trailing distribution yield of 5.6%, CICT's units have a trailing 12-month DPU of S$0.1044.

3. Frasers Contrepoint Trust
As of September 30, 2022, Frasers Centrepoint Trust, or FCT, had an AUM of S$6.2 billion and owned nine suburban shopping centers and an office building in Singapore. DPU increased 1.2% annually to S$0.12227, giving the units of FCT a 6.2% trailing dividend yield.

4. Sasseur REIT
Retail outlet mall REIT Sasseur has four mall properties in China's Chongqing, Kunming, and Hefei cities. The previous 12-month DPU for Sasseur REIT was S$0.07141, offering its units a 10% trailing distribution yield.
