People Make My Head Hurt 🤦‍♂️

I have read some of the most ridiculous comments from Tesla bulls in my entire life, and I have been one myself for years. Reading that the stock will fly because “hes done selling, and the day after the last one it skyrocketed…” is probably one of the dumbest arguments for starters for several factual reasons.
1) Tesla was above several moving averages at the time of the filing being made, and from a technical standpoint, that generally helps.
2) The market as a whole had a good day as well, and generally will cause bad news to be not as impactful as it would be in some situations.
3) Elon immediately Tweeted his justification of the sale. It was during the Twitter acquisition which had legal ramifications as well, so people were more understanding of the unexpected sale after him claiming there wouldnt be any more selling shares in the future unless there were“extreme circumstances.”
4) The sells he made were completed during normal market hours and in one day. unlike this time, many were unloaded during high pre market prices, and over the course of 3 trading days, the maximum alloted time to pass before disclosing to the public.
5) These trades were disclosed the same day Tesla announced a 40,000 recall on two of their most popular vehicles, which im quite sure he was very aware on Friday when he began this selling spree, would be announced this week.
6) Thursday is the CPI announcement, and while i do not know much about the technicalities of those numbers, I do know it has a significant impact on the market as a whole so I wouldnt be surprised if it isnt the best news. However, this is Something that Elon would probably have a pretty firm understanding of the likelihood of the outcome and what it will potentially do to everyone.
This is when it gets really convincing….
7) Zach Kilkorn a majority shareholder of Tesla has sold shares either the day before or two days before massive selloffs. (see screenshots). Like Elon, I image he is aware of when Tesla is near a high price.
8) Elon and Zach have NEVER sold stocks on the same day(s), and as I mentioned before, Zach sells high and buys low.
9) Elon is far more brilliant than to sell his stock during a dip that is about to “go to the moon” after his company has already lost 46% YoY, AND is presently at a 52-week low.
10) This is the holy grail of what I am trying to explain. after close today…. Tesla has now completed one of the most significant bearish patterns there is, like Bitcoin did during the suicidal plummet to $17,000 from $69,000
