Earnings are Mixed This Week. Here are the Key Results

It's another busy week of third-quarter earnings. In this week's earnings, manufacturer and distributor of agricultural fertilizers $CF Industries Holdings(CF.US)$ and chemicals manufacturing company $Albemarle(ALB.US)$ reported over 300% growth in quarterly net income; Oil giant $ConocoPhillips(COP.US)$ also posted 90% growth in earnings.

On the other hand, semiconductor companies mostly missed Wall Street expectations with their latest earnings results. $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD.US)$ posted an over 90% decline in quarterly net income, and $Qualcomm(QCOM.US)$ only had a 2.68% in growth.
