  • Milk The Cow : Inflation make goods become more expensive & hence decreasing our purchasing power. But that does not mean that ppl will sent less as their salary will increase accordingly Trick = supposed to be Emm (if not, then the company u work for is likely a black company Trick.)
    Hence, this is where the FED step in to reduce the consumers' demand by raising interest rate. Higher interest rate = higher production cost = even higher price of the goods = destroying demands indirectly to reduce the high demand. When that case happened a forced recession may happened as companies will layoff workers to keep their company's financial status healthy Trick.

    So, after so many BS, I'll conclude that it "may indirectly" drive the economy into a recession Emm.
