Expensive lesson
I bought my first stock in January 2020 and promptly got rekt on GME. This was a 4 digit lesson for me to enter the market. I quickly learned about stop losses and trailing stop losses. When GME peaked around $480 I attempted to sell but my inexperience caused me to be slow and sell for a nasty loss. Got in at $325 and my order did not execute until $250. I will never forget the lessons learned from that drubbing. I dont know if I will ever make up that loss but I wont stop trying.
