Auto Redemption
I just subscribed $100 last week, and now $15 was auto redeemed. Does anyone know why this is so? I am supposed to keep 100 dollars for 30 days, so this feels like a big scam to me...

GoG16 : Did you subscribe to smart save? If you did, it will auto redeem to offset any negatives in your stocks.
102880385OP GoG16: That might be it, thanks. I do have Smart Save but no other stocks at the moment. Wish they gave a proper explanation on where the money went.
GoG16 102880385OP: you can contact customer service online inquiry. they are responsive and helpful. I had the same issue before. Ask them for clarification.
GoG16 102880385OP: oh the money should still be in your account when it's auto redeem. so you can subscribe another $15 now, before 12 noon to maintain the daily $100. then switch off your smart save. hope this helps. I switched off my smart save ever since it started auto redeeming.

TLim77 103919530: Go to Trade>Money Plus>Cash Plus>Manage Smart Save to disable it. Perhaps u have some RSP setup?
