IPO

The post from UOB Group:
The ChiNext Index tracks the top 100 innovative and rapidly growing companies (by market capitalization) listed on the ChiNext Market, a subsidiary of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The index cannot be directly invested in. Rather, we can do so through ETFs that track the index. Investors will be able to gain access to innovative China-based companies in high-growth sectors such as biotechnology and clean energy through this first-of-its-kind ETF.
The ChiNext index provides investors with a straightforward way to invest in China's homegrown innovative companies. A company must be in the top 100 in terms of market capitalization to be considered. The index includes companies that produce vital healthcare technologies as well as battery suppliers for electric vehicles (EV), such as $Contemporary Amperex Technology(300750.SZ)$ , $East Money Information(300059.SZ)$ , $Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics(300760.SZ)$ .
Because the Chinese market is volatile, with higher-than-average fluctuation and delisting risk for those in the fast-moving innovation industry, I think an IPO might be risky. I'll wait and watch for a while because I've never invested in China. It is advisable that investors with a low risk tolerance to research and consider first before investing. I believe it is more appropriate for long-term investors interested in China's innovation industry and who are familiar with the Chinese market and development.
Investments are subject to investment risks, including the possible loss of the principal amount invested. Remember to DYODD (Do your own due diligence) when making any kind of investment.
