Coupon not working
use 3 days 20% fund coupon but it doesn’t have any interest deposit to my universal account. and i check at -> coupon -> record -> discount detail but there is no any pending or upcoming offer. did anyone know why?

TLim77 : You should see the coupon applied under Coupons>Records>Used. The coupon revenue will only be deposit into your account after the 3 days expiry.

obliging Hyena_6459OP TLim77: Thanks for your reply. At used coupon I Can see the coupon already applied. I use the coupon at Monday night. I thought the coupon will start from Tuesday to Thursday but now is Friday still never deposit. Sad.

The calculation only started on Monday (10th), and the account was only recorded on Wednesday (12th).
TLim77 obliging Hyena_6459OP: Takes T+1 day to buy the fund. If you buy on Mon night, coupon should start on Wed I think. May take up to 3 working days after the coupon expiry before you will see amt in your account. So latest by next Wed.
