$Vodafone(VOD.US$ +3.2% (Vodafone confirmed a Sky News report that merger talks between Vodafone and UK rival Three UK have accelerated.)

RDK79 : Can’t recall which ‘analyst’ but pretty sure there was a recent VSAT downgrade, ie at about 30. Glad I assumed this just another bad employed analyst.
