On the evening of September 30, $Alibaba(BABA.US$ Alibaba Group's annual general meeting of shareholders was held online. The voting results showed that Zhang Yong was re-elected as a director with 93.1% approval rate.
After the current shareholders' meeting, the composition of Alibaba Group's board of directors was further updated: among the 11 directors, 6 are independent directors, accounting for 55%, and the number of female directors has increased to 3.
