$American Virtual(AVCT.US)$ for vested investor who already holding it, ask yourself what is your objective when u bought it earlier?? i personally bought it because avct have to sell its business or its entire bussiness in near term. from the past news release from the management, its signal that avct is moving toward buying out and its is just a time issue. on 8 april 21, offer of $9 with outstanding share of approximately 22 mil shares worked out to be valuation of 198 mil the buyer willing to offer. on jan 22, avct sold off computex at 30 mil. just simple calculation,minimum valuation shall change to 168 mil...current outstanding shares now is 126 mil. if buyout really materialize, it will worth at least above $1. whether RS or not, it will not change the valuation of the company the buyer willing to pay for it. the question now is how much shares u process to make the most out of tis buyout. i am all-in attitude in avct...my investment has sinked since i start buy share last year due to big shark(shortist) in the market. however, after RS, avct can go either way huge surge or huge plunge depend who won the fight between bull and bear... so u have to sit tight. for me, i will stick on to it till it buyout. we here to make money and not to loss money...good luck!!!
