Hope analysts would be ballsy and put up an assessment of the deal before market open tomorrow instead of taking the cue from the market after the fact.

I saw in an article news days ago that WFS had changed 3 owners in less than 20 years so in every few years engaged in a buyout. It seem it's confirm SATS will buy with fund raising but will it be rights issue? However buying another company half it's size when it's still negative in it's financial statement and in starting of major recession had disappointed investors. It will fall like it did last week.
