When buying $Apple(AAPL.US)$ products, it is the integration of technology that I'm enjoying. For example, I love iMac 💻 because it can seamless use together with iPhone and Apple TV. Once started using the product, you can feel the difference from its competitors and that's why 🍎 fans keep going back.
Some jokes that Apple products are expensive. You have to understand that there's a price to pay for quality product just like expensive EV such as $Tesla(TSLA.US)$
Research and Innovation are the factors that makes a company stands out from its competitors. I would love a phone that charge using no carbon energy (e.g. solar energy or hydrogen fuel). 😎

  • TeslaSmurf : Exactly, you got it. Cars, Superchargers (and related businesses and shops), Tesla roofs and energy storage, energy grid with cars and Powerwalls, Starlink data communication, robotics and so much more. The future is amazing and Apple and Tesla are the future. For that reason, and for the complexity of the car-environment and manufacture (you can’t get a third party building your hardware as Apple does), I don’t see Apple making an EV in the very near future. The may license it (with all the technology) when there will be enough ability, supply chain regularity, quality and numbers to build it as they do with their phones: They won’t take the risk of the production hell as Tesla did, even if they have the money. They will just wait and pick the mature fruit. By that time Starlink or Tesla may be entering the smart-phone business and the chip production too, directly in-house as they do. It’s a limitless potential expansion for both companies, but Apple is less “hungry” and there is only ONE crazy and fully committed genius like Elon Musk.

I reflected trading experiences by writing journals. My comments are for educational purposes not financial advice.
