Ford ticker F
Been eyeing them for a while now, they stay pretty steady at 15/share, currently down to 13.5/share and I'm considering finally getting involved. With a P/E of 5 and divs at 3%...seems like a solid long term investment...
Am I missing anything? Anyone advising AGAINST owning Ford shares?
I'm not a fan of Ford, but there's no arguing they have a strong customer base. Plus in my honest opinion I think Ford has the edge up on the other vehicle manufacturers in regards to swapping over into EV. (Obv nobody is close to Tesla, but I'm speaking from a non EV standpoint). Tesla has all their blueprints up for free public use, only a matter of time before a big manufacturer like Ford or Toyota tweak things to their liking.
Thoughts/opinions on the matter?
