I am a realist first of all. Ingredients are needed to make a great pie. will we buy ev's only to tell us we are destroying the electrical grids or too many blackouts we are causing. We will have to subsidise the power companies to update their systems. You are talking billions. Wouldn't hydrogen fuel be cheaper more abundance? These vehicles are too expensive until they all get thru stage one. Initial cost of production. Maybe 4 to 7 years from now they might be more reliable and affordable. Charging stations will be needed, mechanical shops, parts stores. This is a major undertaking. I think it is a very big mistake. I look for failures. Limited market. Only the rich

  • patient Monty-1130 : I whole heartedly agree. These companies are thinking create to gain currency, controlling the market.  Ask any of the following, "Are there any back up system (& NOT for car)  the heaven drain it put on local communities where these charging stations are in case there's a blackout did you make a generator to go with this these charging stations? I mean come on, it's more to controlling a market than selling products or creating products to sell where is the long term?
    I agree wholeheartedly thank you.

  • patient Monty-1130 : *heavy*  pull on the local communities where these charging stations are?

  • whqqq : What you said is also reasonable. I saw that a company planned to set 1000 charging stations in Europe, but there was no plan to use generators to prevent power failureundefined
