Will Biden's series of initiatives stimulate consumers to buy electric vehicles?

Mr Trecherous :
J L80 : If it's a good deal for the consumer, nobody should have to provide incentives or punishments as consumers will WANT to purchase the product or service on their own. Using tax payer funds to provide incentives is wrong. Why not use tax money to buy everyone a mansion, or a Ferrari or meals at the French Laundry? Where does it end. Tax money is spent for people to be able to exercise their right to vote, but not their right to keep & bare arms, why? I'm not driving a vehicle that other people can control remotely for multiple obvious reasons.
