Defeating the inflation crisis

This year, I really feel the pressure brought about by inflation, rising prices for everything, and the constant increase in mortgage interest. Now I try to cook 3 meals a day at home, then try my best to save money to find and buy valuable and dividend company stocks on the Moomoo platform. I think now is a good time to slowly collect these high-quality stocks. I believe that as long as I have patience, the stock market will return, spend less needless money, and work hard to invest in future returns to defeat the impact and pain caused by inflation!
