Always love oil&gas/energy and chemical/material sectors - invisible dividend warriors. Long holding at least 2-3 stocks from the two sectors in portfolio since day 1.

Although the stock is up 30% YTD, it has a recent high in May of this year of $102, which represents a potential 16% upside to its current $88 per share price.

The index picks the top 100 companies on the Russell 1000 Index based on their TTM free cash flow yield (TTM Free Cash Flow / TTM Enterprise Value) and is reconstituted and rebalanced every quarter (holdings in each company are capped at 2%). In the intial screening stage, companies are included based on analysts’ consensus estimates for the next two years' average projected free cash flow and earnings (which can be subjective) before ranking them by their free cash flow yield.
