RESEARCH CMKM Diamonds . they were literaly naked shorted and bunch of FTD just like amc .. the company decided to ask the investors to register their shares , ALL SHARES were eventually regested leaving HUNDRED OF BILLIONS synthetics shares … what did the brokers do ? they DELETED all those left over shares to not go backrupt . there is still a lawsuit of 3.8 TRILLION dollars going on agaist MM, brokers and SEC for allowing this …
oh and what did the dtc do after ? make it illegal for compnies to tell customers to DRS bc of “market manipulation “ LOL instead of getting rid of the naked short and ftd problem.
