US reserves will continue to be drawn until election. A hurricane will hit the gulf. And interest rates will go up. A recession will happen. Iran deal will be threatened. Oil prices will be flat until the elections. But during this period 98 million barrels a day are gone forever and even less investment is being put into oil. Buy or sell and hope for bottom but oil will go up. Shale is the only saving grace and its not pumping. $150 oil is coming and then I will look at stocks.
