LEGEND OGOP Miniwhale: Avbuddyvof mine requested information with FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) to disclose why there are so many shares routed to dark pools, the enormous amount of FTD's,, also the possibility of there being synthetic shares. They have to give up the information because of FOIA when it was passed. they denied him once and he appealed. He was denied a 2nd time because of an ongoing investigation so they used Exemption 7A in order to deny him the information.
